Since the age of five, baking has been more than just a hobby — it has been a lifelong passion. What began in my mom’s kitchen, helping crack eggs and whisk batter, quickly turned into something much bigger. Those early moments filled with flour-covered counters, sweet aromas, and warm laughter planted the seed for what would become my dream career.

As I grew older, my love for baking only deepened. I wanted to learn everything — from perfecting classic recipes to mastering the art of decorating. Throughout middle and high school, I enrolled in as many cooking and baking classes as possible, soaking in every lesson and embracing every opportunity to improve my craft. Each class strengthened my passion and confirmed what I had always known in my heart — I was meant to create beautiful, delicious pastries.
